Could we have a Town Hall or some other central meeting place on there.
Don't worry if it's a colossal pain in the arse, but if you can just slot it in somewhere it would be nice.

Town Hall suggestion:
End section of warehouse (under 'regen' of 'Allied Regen PM') There are three entrances to that section.
